The same email can be used for different products, but shared email alone does not prove balance or subscription interoperability. Likewise, a model name shown on a web page does not prove you have recharged for that product. First record product, login method, workspace or project, payment platform, payment time, and task time. Before you have billing ownership proof, do not keep topping up on the other side in hopes that balance will appear.
Four common misalignments—check back to the product that created the record
If ChatGPT Plus is active but Flux Art indicates insufficient entitlements, first review the current account and charge in Flux Art, and do not treat Plus as Flux Art credits. If OpenAI API has balance but no task records appear on the web page, check your calling app and project logs first; an API call is not the same as creating the same task on another web page. If records disappear after switching login method or workspace on the same platform, verify account identity first and do not assume the image was deleted.
If billing exists but the specific product is unclear, organize merchant name, payment channel, masked order number, and time before contacting the corresponding official support. Do not post full payment details in public comments, and do not use passwords, verification codes, or API keys as proof. Platform support can verify records under its own scope; another product’s screenshot cannot establish a promise of balance transfer, refund timing, or combined entitlements.
Choose the path by need; do not treat Chinese platform recommendations as universal rankings
If you need a Chinese interface, your own Flux Art account, and multi-model generation editing in the same workspace, you can first evaluate Flux Art. Projects that must use OpenAI native products or native API should be handled according to that product’s account, region, and interface requirements. For projects with an enterprise-mandated vendor or sensitive materials, complete internal approval first. Web accessibility does not prove data residency, and it does not mean all industry compliance requirements are met. For fast trials of product photos, posters, and composition, try Flare first; for precise polishing of reference image background, materials, and details, try Sunburst first. Write clear subject, editing goals, and details to preserve; check quality, size, and cost before submission.
As of 2026-09-10, the page shows five quality tiers, Auto, 1K/2K/4K, and custom sizes. Account entitlements and prices can change, so use the live page at the time of use. Do not map quotas from OpenAI subscriptions, other people’s screenshots, or outdated guides directly to Flux Art.
Why shared accounts are not recommended
Shared accounts may expose reference images, task history, payment details, and download records to others, and may also lead to remote logins, password changes, or account reclamation. Team projects in particular should use traceable dedicated accounts and manage assets under internal access controls.
