When using GPT Image 2.5 on a company or campus network, if the Flux Art page, upload, or download fails at any step, first record the exact stage, then compare only within your organization’s allowed scope, and pass the evidence to IT or platform support. Personal network access only shows different test conditions and cannot be used to conclude blocking, model failure, or where data is stored. This article provides a fillable ticket template and does not provide ways to bypass organizational policies.
Fix observation conditions first, do not treat network differences as root cause
Each record should correspond to one device, one browser, one account, and one occurrence time. Record which step you reached, whether the page loaded, whether a task ID was returned, and whether a clear error code appeared. Do not change network, account, image, and quality tier at the same time; otherwise, if it recovers you will not know which condition made it work. Cross-network comparison must have organizational approval. If not approved, submit the existing evidence directly and do not disable security software or change company proxy settings in order to finish testing.
| Failure stage | Recordable evidence | What the next handler should verify |
|---|---|---|
| Before page load | Complete page path, timestamp and timezone, browser error text | IT should check DNS, connectivity, and organizational access policies; do not infer root cause from a screenshot alone |
| Page loads but login fails | Login entry, redacted error text, whether it loops back to login page | Escalate errors to platform support; have IT verify identity or browser restrictions |
| Logged in but upload fails | Format, size, whether a non-sensitive test file is selectable, error time | Separate local file selection, actual upload, and submit stage first |
| Waiting for result after submission | Task ID, status, submission timestamp | Platform should verify the task; do not create another paid task before failure is confirmed |
| Result is ready but download fails | Result ID, download time, browser download message | Differentiate download request, file save, and local storage issues; do not default to regenerating |
Copy this redacted ticket and send it to IT and platform support separately
Ticket template: business purpose; time and timezone; page URL (remove temporary credential parameters); device OS and browser versions; organizational network name; failure stage; raw error text; task ID if available; approved comparisons already performed; whether customer-sensitive assets are involved; questions to confirm. Attach only redacted screenshots and do not include passwords, verification codes, full API keys, cookies, authorization headers, or signed download links. Share task IDs only with authorized official support staff.
Questions for IT should be, "Was this request blocked by organizational policy at this time, and what approved checks are allowed?" not a request to open all domains. Questions for platform support should be, "Was this task accepted, what is the current status, and what is the error?" Platform task status and organizational network logs should be checked separately. If neither side provides evidence, keep the ticket pending and do not conclude, "network issue confirmed."
If you see certificate warnings, organization block notices, or requests to install unknown certificates/plugins, stop making changes yourself and contact IT; do not continue uploading real customer files. If only preview is visible but download fails, keep the task record and errors, and do not pay to regenerate the same image repeatedly. After recovery, retest only the original failing step and record new time and outcome; restored page access does not mean upload, generation, and download all passed acceptance.

Personal users: follow normal web flow
Open https://flux-art.net/en/models/gpt-image-2-5, log in, then choose image generation or image editing. Flare is geared toward quick exploration of concepts, product shots, and posters; Sunburst focuses more on background, materials, and detail adjustments in reference image editing. Submit only one simple task first, and verify quality, dimensions, and cost before submission.
If the page behaves abnormally, first compare with a current, common browser, or temporarily disable script-blocking extensions. Do not ignore certificate warnings, and do not enter account credentials through unfamiliar mirror pages. For a deeper layered diagnosis, see Domestic Use and Layered Troubleshooting.
Company or campus networks: comply with organizational policy first
Organizational networks may centrally manage DNS, cookies, scripts, upload, and download permissions. If mobile data can open Flux Art but office network cannot, treat this as a troubleshooting clue, not direct proof of platform failure. We recommend recording the following information and sending it to the admin:
Occurrence time and full page URL;
Browser name and version;
Exact error text shown on page or console;
Whether it occurred at login, upload, submission, or download;
A redacted task ID if available.
Do not submit passwords, verification codes, full payment details, or API keys. If unreleased products, client materials, or portraits are involved, confirm whether the team allows uploads to a third-party platform first.
Clarify usage boundaries
Flux Art is operated by MORNING STAR INDUSTRY LIMITED and is a multi-model AI visual creation and production platform; GPT Image 2.5 is provided by OpenAI. Using it through Flux Art does not mean using the OpenAI official account system. Page availability does not guarantee each generation will fully preserve subjects, text, and layout, so human review is still required before delivery.
As of September 10, 2026, the Flux Art topic page shows Flare, Sunburst, generation and editing, 1K/2K/4K, and custom sizes. All dynamic options and prices should follow what is shown at the time of operation on the official website. For first-time use, see First Image Tutorial.
